You’ve got to love Americans.  So many of them are so fucking stupid it stings.  Take this from some cretin who, although apparently quite capable of understanding English, couldn’t follow the simple rules laid out in one of Flickr’s scoring groups:

Hello, Your agressive and harassing comment and subsequent removal was without basis and you have violated internet defamation statutes and common law wrto the following: a) the words are false;
(b) the words are malicious (in the sense that the writer and publisher had no honest belief in the words and wrote them to achieve an undisclosed ulterior purpose or from grudge); and
(c) the words caused damage (that is, at least what lawyers call “general damages”).
I posted 9 awards prior to your email. I am a US attorney and have initiated a slander and defamation action against you. Please share the name of your defense counsel and I will correspond directly. I have also forwarded your comment to Flicker and asked for your removal to prevent this aggressive and damaging behavior in the future. Good luck in your decisions.
