It’s easy. Rock up to a florist, or one of the flower carts you see in towns these days. Check to see if they’ve got anything that costs > £3 a stem. If they have, you’re in.
Casually stroll up to the assistant. He or she will ask you what you’re after. Reply with nothing more than this:
Look, I’m a bloke. I don’t buy flowers - I buy drills and fast cars. You choose, £30, don’t put things like chrysanthemums in.
