What a bunch of wankers this organisation has working for them. I ordered two photobooks form blurb.com as a wedding anniversary gift for my parents, and some fucker at HMRC scored through the package and one of the book’s covers with a Stanley knife. The prick must have known that she/he damaged the item, but just taped it up and sent it on. Fucking cocksucker.
I appreciate that these people just don’t give a shit about other people’s property, so I’ll no doubt be wasting my time writing to their “Mr J McMillan” to complain. Bunch of arse bandits.
