Cancelling Sky Subscriptions

Holy crap why is it so bloody hard!? I don’t want to chat about why I want to cancel, I just want it done. To have been on the ‘phone for 5 minutes already, do you not think I’ve already considered the options and the limited viewing that I’ll get with BBC and ITV?
Sky is just repeating the same episodes of “Malcolm in the Middle” and “The Simpsons” ad nauseum, and I just wanted Sky so that I could get better signal quality than the standard analogue aerial anyway.
