Although I spoke to a Customer Satisfaction specialist a couple of weeks ago to ask you to stop sending all this crap about loans, credit card cheques and additional cards to me, I’m still receiving it. Why is it so difficult to get it stopped? This week I’ve had four letters from you!
During the telephone conversation I requested that MBNA sends me no postal communications apart from those required by law, such as notification of changes to Terms and Conditions.
I don’t want a loan. I don’t want credit card cheques. I don’t want an additional card. I don’t even want statements by post for two reasons: 1. I can get that information online; 2. the statements usually include a load of other garbage that I’m not interested in. I then have to shred it all and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.
Please, please stop sending me this stuff, or at least include reply-paid envelopes with the junk so that I can post it back to you.
